In May 1998, ZDTV launched the first ever 24 hour computer channel via the cable network.  As part of a promotional kick-off they were giving away 3Com BigPicture Netcams to selected
applicants.  I registered at their site
everyday for about 4 weeks until I
received an email from Robyn H.  Since then I have become an avid netcammer. 
Two of my favorite ZDTV shows were ScreenSavers and Call for Help with Leo LaPorte and Kate Botello.  They visited my city one weekend and I was lucky enough to get an autographed picture.
